Please arrive a couple of minutes before your appointment. You are welcome to scan the self check in code on the door.
We are now mask-optional. This means that we welcome everyone, allowing individuals to choose whether to wear a mask or not while in the space. At your request, our Acupuncturists (Punks) and our receptionists (Roos) will happily wear a mask during your interaction with them.
We recommend using the website to book an appointment in advance, however, we do try to accommodate walk-in patients when space permits.
You will need to complete an intake form and a pre-treatment screening questionnaire. Both of these will be sent to you via our booking site.
No shows and cancellations with less than 24 hours will be subject to a cancellation fee of $40.
Treatment times may be limited to 1 hour.
